Abstract Energy Drink secures Chicago distributor

Friday, March 14th, 2014 Abstract Energy Drink ( announced today that it has secured a distribution deal in Chicago. "We are very pleased to announce that A&G Distributing in Chicago has teamed up with Abstract and made their first order of 6 pallets", said CEO Terry Souza. "Their sales force is excited and gearing up for a great summer".  Souza had been conducting a small test market with Abstract Energy in the new long neck bottles in 7-11, Rosati's Pizza and other retailers near UIC in Chicago before securing the distribution deal with A&G. "The college students we interviewed and the response we got around UIC was very positive, they love the new glass bottle said Souza. "It's definitely a head turner. We have even gotten a lot of interest in Abstract as a mixer from local bars. I think the bottle gives it a more adult, sophisticated look." A&G was formerly the 2nd largest Arizona Tea distributor in Chicago when Souza worked there as new accounts manager, so it was his first choice he says. Abstract is a non alcoholic energy drink that comes in a long neck glass bottle. It is known for its smooth taste, long energy and lack of bitter aftertaste characteristic in some energy drinks.
